On seven consecutive days, from 25 June to 1 July 2018, Gerhard Lang drew the process of seeing the moon above Hampstead. He sat on a bench close to the Whitestone Pond, formerly known as the Horse Pond. Whitestone Pond is at the summit of Hamptead Heath and marks the highest point on london. The site is close to 2 Lower Terrace where the landscape painter John Constable lived and studied the clouds between 1820 and 1822.
